AutoAdjustPhoto_GUI-2.0

#1 Post by RSH »

Hi.

This is AutoAdjustPhoto_GUI-2.0 ---> a front end for the aaphoto command line tool.

It is a batch image resizer/converter for .bmp, .jpg, .jp2 (jpg2000) and .png.

Version 2.0
- can handle now single and multiple Files
- doesn't come with the binary included
- has now support for picscale also (if installed)

For Screenshots look here, please.

Older Versions:

Version 1.0.1 can handle now all options of the aaphoto binary backend. :D

Image

The aaphoto binary is included (1.0.1 only).

It depends on:
- libjasper
- libjpeg
- libpng
- libz

The libs are not included ---> they should be already installed...

It checks now for gtkdialog4 and uses gtkdialog3 if gtkdialog 4 is not installed

Thank you. I had aaphoto rox right clicks for 3 different widths and for autoadjust. This is great addendum for aaphoto functionality. I really like this one.

In fact so much that I hacked it for my usage. I added width resize original ( -r 100% ) and also new tab called "Autoadjust colors" ( --autoadjust ) which tries to autocorrect the image.

My coding skills are rudimentary at best....so the changes are clumsy.

But...if RSH would like to inspect them...or someone would like to autocorrect images without resizing them....then choose "original" for width and Autoadjust colors "yes"

Again thank you !!!!

Here is also my rox right clicks for aaphoto addendum...without aaphoto binary, just scripts and other stuff....

Hmm,

why not doing the full job?

Version 1.0.1 uploaded at first post.

All options of aaphoto can now be set up from inside the GUI. 8)

Hi.

There is an updated version to come.

I have received an updated script, added function for single and multiple files, worked out by smokey01 and CatDude (?).

It needs yad for that, so I want to give it a try to get off the yad dependency.

Am trying to use code from zigberts pburn application (since he did already create his own gtkdialog file selector).

Might take some time...

Sorry.

I think I've overseen a new fact.

Version 2.0 now needs gtkdialog 0.8.3 and up.

Hi RSH,
Thanks for this gui.
There is no french translation : I just made one, maybe not the best but it's enough i think for french people to use your gui.

De rien Cédric,
Pour une fois que je fais un truc plutôt que d'en demander !
