Wine 9.25 Errors

Has anyone had any luck getting wine to run? When i run "winecfg" its building fonts, then alot of messages appear scrolling very fast, then it just stops, and i cant send the messages to a file.

Download MU's wine-mimetypes.pup from the PSI repos. Installing that will give you a symlink to your wine C-Drive in your /root directory, and will let you click on Window$ exe files to run them.

Chances are you have wine installed correctly but just cannot 'see' the drive.

Try running /usr/bin/winefile from a console to see if it opens and shows you your C-drive, etc. You can also use winefile to run setup/install from a Window$ cd
