Subject description: A GUI installer for frugal install only.		  
A GUI installer for frugal install only.
Why this?
Puppy can frugal install, and it is recommended.
But the univasal installer do not automatically install the boot loader,
and newbies feel difficulty in manually editing the menu.lst because they are not used to the frugal install style.

Must work on Puppy/Pupplet 4.x/5.x. Requires grub4dosconfig.
Download frugalinstaller-2.1.1-1pet and grub4dos-0.4.4.v1.9.2.pet (if your Puppy doesn't have).

frugalinstaller-2.1.1-1.pet is out.

#v2.0 - 17jul2014: Windows/MSDOS detection,SEARCHENEST, volume information
#v2.1 - 2014-09-05: fix was failed install from the live cd
#2.1.1 - 2015-12-29: default folder name for another puppy

EDIT(2012-05-21) You can manage without the grub4dos if you prefer another boot loaders. The frugalinstaller-1.5 provides instructions for the boot loaders, syslinux, legacy grub, grub4dos, and for grub2. See an example.

There is no .pet uploaded.

Just a directory containing the script and the .desktop file in a linux file system (/usr directory).

Is this intended to be that way?

Here are the DE translations files.

Though there seems to be a problem if the Label of a HD Drive is containing spaces.

The Name/Label of sda1 is Windows XP (old Name, XP isn't existing anymore).

The Image shows it all.

I forgot the .desktop file, the following includes both RSH's German translations and mine in Spanish & Italian.
