Blinking, Flickering cursor problem (Solved)

What works, and doesn't, for you. Be specific, and please include Puppy version.

Blinking, Flickering cursor problem (Solved)

I recently installed Carolina PL 1.2 and seem to have this blinking, flickering cursor problem. Didn't have it with PL 5.2.8. Tried different cursors but didn't make any difference. Anyone have a solution?

Are any programs running when it happens? That is, is it happening as soon as Puppy boots and before you start any programs? Does it only happen when you're on the Internet? Does it go away when you close your browser?

I think it was a hardware issue. When I switched USB slots, it seemed to go away although there is still some latency in its response.
