I've been using Bluefish for years, 1.07 and now 2.0, very satisfactorily. Would like to try a later version.
I don't know how much better 2.02 is than 2.0. 2.0.3 sounds like a much bigger advance but I haven't found a pet for it. (Sorry - I am not into compiling.)
Have tried several versions of 2.02 found here in puppy, and none work in QirkyNOP 12, which has a 2.6.33.2 kernel. Yes, I have installed the required gtk+-2.16.6-i486.pet.
Anyone have a pet fo Bluefish-2.0.3 that might work in QNop12?
Thanks
Bluefish-2.0.0
Need pet for new Bluefish-2.2.3 with thanks!

Bluefish is still the best, but this new version has apparently fixed a lot of things and I hope has not grown too much. I've used earlier versions for years almost daily.
I will be using it in Racy (actually RacyNOP) 5.2.2
Thanks to the kind person who will (hopefully) do me and other Puppy users this good deed !

Download link broken
The download link in the first post for bluefish-2.0.0-i486.pet is not working.
And if it can be fixed does anyone know if bluefish-2xx is compatible with Puppy-412.

It is 4yrs old, the forum reduce the size limit to 256kb and I really don't build puppy packages for distribution since woof necessitated umpteen different dumbass compatibilities. If you want it, ask for it in your distro specific thread.
