Bad install of SDL and virtualbox pets

Ok, 5 hours searching did not give results, so I give up and start a thread. I tried to get virtualbox working, instructions on the net are very confusing, but even if I finally found the exact names of the executables (Vbox and the main gui VirtualBox) they are NOT present in any directory. I tried to reinstall the pets taken from TheAsterisk and nothing, then I noticed that in Puppy Package Manager there are a bunch of blank lines in the "installed pets" box, if I click no them it says something like "no user pets to uninstall", I think they are left from a bad install of the virtualbox pets. How can I solve this? And besids, where I can find QT to have VirtualBox working?

I will, but I fear there's something wrong in my Lucid saved session, because I now noticed there are other blank lines between installed programs.
