XFE-1.33

I made a xfe-1.33-i686.sfs in racy-5.3, I tested it in wary 5.11 and it
should work in other puplets based on racy or wary.
XFE is a file manager with many features.

I prefer emelfm, but i installed xfe sometimes (beside Thunar, XFCE filesystem)
Looks are old fashioned,very old fashioned ! (70's ?)
