Can the Puppy firewall wizard be used on other Linux distros

#1 Post by JamesTheAwesomeDude »

Okay, the Linux Firewall Installer script included in Puppy is, by far, the best, simplest, most powerful and most intuitive Firewall wizard I've ever seen in my days using Linux. I want to put it on ALL my boxes (including the Raspberry Pi.)

What would it take to get that amazing piece of software working on other distros? Do I just copy the script itself? Are there other files that need to come too? Will I need to recompile it for ARM for my Pi?

You may find this post useful. While on the subject, you should probably ask around about Arno's.
