#1 Post by headfound »

At Barrys site here -

http://puppylinux.com/faq.htm

in the legal notice at the bottom of the page he mentions project started Jan 2003, first release 18th June 2003!

We have to plan some celebrations!

I started with Puppy Linux somewhere in April/May 2010 . I have not much knowledge about Puppy's past . Other old fellas like Catdude should respond before me . It is 13 hrs gone since your post and still no respose .. In every way I would wish a happy birthday :)

BTW : Though I had to start with used ones , some - perhaps many - people don't like the idea to associate Puppy with trashy hardware out of the deepest loo only . The video clip in your signature is well done though . 8)

I agree about celebrating. And your video should be part of the party. :)

It will be good for Puppy to have a "hardware partner" after all the years, an example is the Cubieboard or Parallella (or any other personal computing device).
