Guvcview 1.6.1
Hello someone can compile guvcview-1.6.1 for Wary 5.3?
Re: Guvcview 1.6.1
Are you aware of guvcview-1.5.0 here? There are significant problems with building guvcview in older Puppies past this point.walter leonardo wrote:Hello someone can compile guvcview-1.6.1 for Wary 5.3?

Did you install both packages? I tested it in Wary 5.3 with two different webcams and guvcview worked. But it may not be compatible with all devices.
I did not test it in 5.3.90.
[Edit] I checked in Wary 5.3.90 and guvcview worked there too. Try the following command. Does it wake up your webcam?

seems need to upgrade Guvcview 1.5.3 later.

I am working with slacko 5.4 no precise.
But when I run command:
mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:width=768:height=450:device=/dev/video0 -fps 3
work ok.
Someone can give us any help.
