C50 and e350 - no sound

Subject description: there is no sound,		  
hi i havwe a c50 powered aspire1 and a custom built desktop with a e35m1-m pro

i have no sound on either of them and assume fixing one with assist fixing other


5.3.3 puppy can see hdmi and ac audio on the c50 aspire, no output is heard

Assuming you haven't tried these, sound may be muted (run mixer in Multimedia menu & toggle items with m key), or you may have dual sound cards, & need to first run Multiple card wizard (in Setup menu) & select non-hdmi card.
