Is it a powered hub? Maybe when you plug in the webcam, it draws too much current.
What happens if you plug it into port 1 instead of the modem?
Hi rcrsn51
I booted once more and this time the F10 and F12 were available. Maybe when start failed was due to the 2tb hd was scanned for files
Anyway I altered the bios settings to the best of my ability and believings
It is a powered logitech hub
And now the cam, at least this one, working ok
Thanks a lot for advice.

I really do not know much about bios setup. That is why I usually use the default settings. There was a lot deactivated which I activatedwhat BIOS settings did you change?
No, now I can boot with the hub fully populated. Is it necessary to boot WITHOUT the USB hard drive plugged in?
