Dillo browser patched dotpup

For those familiar with DSL it includes a patched older version of Dillo that is quite more capable than the current version of Dillo. Mouldy figured out how to get it working in Puppy. I figured it might be useful to others so I made it into a dotpup. Here's the threadwhich has the download at the end.
