Magnetic Link

#1 Post by Fishy »

I am running Slacko and using Transmission 2.42 for downloading. I see that more and more sites are using magnets instead of torrent files. Piratebay has converted completely. Have searched the forum and haven't seen anything on this subject. Is it browser specific (unlikely)?

I have looked for plug-ins for Both Firefox and Opera with no success. Any help greatly appreciated. :D

If you drag the magnet link onto transmission (already running) it downloads the torrent for you.

Thanks, that works.

But is there a way to save the magnet link like I used to with torrents?
