Subject description: how to make it auto-reconnect?		  
Is there anybody here who can help me fix this

I run lucid puppy 525. In the Puppy network wizard I have six different profiles (each for another work location).

After a cold boot puppy usually is able to connect to the right network. Good. But the annoying thing is that puppy does not automatically reconnect (+ requests the server an IP adress and resume whatever internet task it was doing) after the modem signal has dropped or the system woke up from sleep.

Automatic reconnect + IP adress request / resuming downloads would be very useful.
