Cinnamon[1] is a 'gnome-shell' fork and it's becoming the main Desktop of Linux Mint. Currently it's composed of only 3 packages:
* cinnamon - the shell
* cinnamon-settings - a GUI configuration utility for cinnamon
(gnome-shell has 'gnome-tweak-tool', cinnamon has cinnamon-settings)
* muffin - cinnamon's window manager

Anyone wanting to have a go at packaging it?

Doesn't Cinnamon assume the presence of Gnome 3?
