/usr/bin/flock is part of some other package, can't remember what... its a little CLI thing for something, with the same name as the browser... You could alternatively remove flock from the browser options, I bet no one will ever use it, and it may be unmaintained - just an old Firefox with some social networking bells and whistles...

Jemimah, I have i18n'd and improved (since they went into Woof):
- Defaults Chooser,
- Flash-Get (includes fake flash upgrades, flash 7,9,10,11... orig by techno)
- Pup-Advert-Blocker
