1- Install xcalib (maybe newer puppies have it, not sure).
2- Find a way of bind it to a keyboard shortcut.
1- Easy, install the pet below.
2- In OpenBox, you need to add something like this to your rc.xml:
Code: Select all
<keybind key="C-A-i">
<action name="Execute">
<startupnotify>
<enabled>true</enabled>
<name>Colorines</name>
</startupnotify>
<command>xcalib -invert -alter</command>
</action>
</keybind>
Code: Select all
<!-- Keybindings for running applications -->
Then just restart X and try it out.
For others wm, search here.
*It works for me, as I tend to use black themes, to read from the screen when is a bare light.
Enjoy.
