Greetings.
I had been using a live DVD for a few days that had plenty of room left on it then suddenly it stated that I had to get a new DVD.
What's going on? I tried to make a new copy the same way I made the original and now
none of them work.
I then tried more DVD's in Ubuntu with Brasero. I looked high & low for a multisession option but couldn't find it for a bootable image, only data.
what can I do to start using puppy again.
I understand that that was experimental but like I said I've done it before.
Puppy started saving then stopped!?
Explain how you made the DVD the first time.
What version of Puppy?
What version of Puppy?
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.

I made an image the only way my software allows me to and burned it. Puppy 5.2.8 burned on Power2go software on Windows Vista.
The multisession option is only available for data CD's/DVD's.
Same on Ubuntu. You burn an image and no options available.
I have never seen an open session option on image burning going back a decade of using computers. Opene session is only a data option.
Is there some special brand of software I need?
Why did it work the first time but then after the DVD was 25% full it said time for a new DVD?

Boot the live Puppy CD/DVD you have.
Now go to menu->Multimedia->Burniso2cd
It will give you option to burn a multisession CD/DVD.
Make a new multisession Puppy DVD.
