First, I got the driver for the printer from sourceforge and it works with the printer in printing a cups test page and the printer's test page as well as printing pages from the internet and documents in Puppy with geany and AbiWord.
But I installed PhotoPrint and want to print multiple photos to a 8.5x11 photo paper.

I contacted the maker of PhotoPrint and he says it uses the gutenprint drivers.
The only gutenprint driver currently for the kodak printer is the EasyShare driver for 4x6 photo paper.

So my question is can I add the downloaded PPD driver for my printer to gutenprint.

I have already added the printer with that driver in Cups.
But it appears to not have been carried over to gutenprint.

Also, the driver is new enough that it is not in gutenprint by default even in the updated gutenprint.
I have CUPS 4.1 and Gutenprint 5.2 on Puppy Slacko 5.3.1
