Subject description: RSI prevention break timer for puppy as a separate download

Hi,

Is it possible to get an RSI prevention break timer for puppy?

puppy is great and i want to use puppy more, but i have to limit my usage as an RSI sufferer.

I use the break timer 'workrave' in windows, and ubuntu.

I have looked at 'xwrits' break timer because its so lightweight, but i haven't managed to get it runnning.

i looked at the puppy 'how to' for making pupget files a while back ..but i didn't get any success. Crying or Very sad !!

can someone help please?

I compiled Workrave 1.9.4 on Slack Puppy 5.3.1 and it works fine.
