how to uninstall built-in programs from Puppy?

some pagket in puppy I do not realy need ,so how do I uninstall them ?
please help me example: abiword,gnumeric etc...

All of the standard Puppy apps. are in the compressed SFS squash file.
They cannot be removed... A new Puppy must be made with Remaster.
You can remove the menu entries from the file: /root/.jwmrc

Now as all of you know I have a very dim grasp of these things
but I have heard that the Petbgone thing only worked on older puppies?
