Puppy with QEMU/Bochs HowTo?

#1 Post by sukhoi »

Hi,

I am a great fan of Puppy, great work from you guys :D But, am a newbie to Puppy Linux, need your help very badly...

I did try Puppy with a CD version (Community Edition). Today, have just downloaded, puppy-2.01r2-seamonkey.iso. I was trying to boot the Puppy with QEMU/Bochs, but failed :(

Could anyone help me with Puppy-QEMU/Bochs emulation :?:

Thanks,
Su

muggins,

I tried again, but not working in Windows. Should I try compiling QEMU source on Fedora Core 5 :?:

Which one do you suggest as best fit for Puppy  QEMU or Bochs :?:

Thanks,
Su

sukhoi,

i'm not aware of anyone using puppy with bochs. there have been posts regarding puppy running under vmware, just do a search for vmware.

why can't you use the qemu binary?
