My Puppy is more gorgeous than yours!

awesome!
i've always wanted to have a setup like that but never could figure out how to do it. Got any pointers?
Here is script - it is setup for my system using feh, if you are just using rox delete the sections - 'desktop mode' 'apply new image with feh' and 'restart conky' then uncomment the pinboard line.
Then just add script to cron job - i have it update every hour but the site updates more often than that so its up to you, the images are only about 100KB in size so not big.
Images are obtained from:

cheers.

Same type of thing but this time using dedicated application xplanet on Exprimo puppy.
xplanet is a lot more powerful you can do all sorts of cool stuff with it.

Here's a desktop based on a shot taken of my nearest city, Plymouth in England. Could do with changing the icons, otherwise it's a good and restful desktop IMO;
(This is based on Puppy Classic 2.14X. I decided to add it as an attachment as it's a little too big to go straight onto the thread).

Here's another tint setup with a fancy Conky. I've been wanting to get Conky working with Lua for a long time so I'm quite pleased with the result:
Conky config: Cherries Conky Package
Tint2: Default Tint2 theme
Window Manager: Fluxbox compiled with icon support
Fluxbox theme: Ubuntu 11
Icon Theme: Faenza
Wallpaper: Down The Road

Thank you Dejan, lucb and konaexpress
@ konaexpress Yes, I am using lua scripts with Conky. I'm planning to upload a pet of the Conky and Imlib, but I've just been trying to see if I can put together a script to easily change Conky configs.. If that doesn't work out though, I can still just upload the Conky pet if wanted.
