Backgroundsetter with Gtk2

replace
/usr/local/Puppybackground/resource/list
with the one from this file:
http://dotpups.de/diverse-tgz/list-Pupp ... d-Gtk2.tgz

Then the interface uses Gtk2, so it can be translated to Unicode-languages.
