In other words it is an optional feature.
Don't like Cloud or social networking. Fine.
This is for those who wish to drag Twitter and Facebook
and Gmail onto the desktop and pretend they have friends . . .
Once you have clicked and downloaded Cloud
Click on the cloud icon (yes you want it on the desktop)
Then right click on an icon and select 'look inside'
You will see setting up a cloud component is quite straight forward
Actually Lobster.. the title of your thread is kind of misleading (not your fault) as the "cloud" app should run in any puppy where ROX-Filer is installed. I made it with all puppies in mind.
However you are right that creating new "icons" for this cloud app is easy.. and if you want it on the desktop just drag'n'drop. _________________ Puppy Linux Blog - contact me for access

So for us how don't have FaceBook or such friends what is the Cloud for?
Are not clouds very dependent on somebody providing servers to have the cloud on? I guess I am very dense today _________________ I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though
