downloading PET packages Subject description: From which link I need to download PET packages for 5.2.0 Lucid puppy |

Hi,
I recently downloaded Lucid puppy iso. It is very nice OS.
I am looking for a browser; say Firefox.
My machine have no internet connection.
I am planning to download it from net and install to my machine offline.
From which link I need to download PET packages for 5.2.0 Lucid puppy?
I went to http://distro.ibiblio.org/puppylinux/ and got confused
Is there any post which says what to download from where?
Sincerely,
Srinivas Nayak

I found http://ftp.nluug.nl/ftp/pub/os/Linux/distr/puppylinux/Lucid_Puppy/ also. Seems that's not updated one. Also found two pet_packages-lucid, probably links?
Sincerely,
Srinivas

I'm not sure; just try them and see if they work.
Boot from the CD and try the packages before you install them.
That's one of the nice things about Puppy.
You did mention that you were looking for Firefox.
So I provided that link, which has plenty of Firefox (and SeaMonkey) browser versions to choose from.

You could just use QuickPet to install FireFox and let it update itself after the install.
I have did that with SeaMonkey.

The link I provided is a mirror of yours--everything's the same.
I just have better luck with the mirror site.
