Brainwave Repo: Part Two( new location and improved!)

#1 Post by Saturn »

Puppy packages for all your downloading needs,
But it's not a exhaustive list.. But eventually it will be, I hope

The reasoning behind this purchase was to "Enhance" your experience with my services
there will be no more bandwidth Throttling on this server.. and it is running on the latest and greatest hardware so there will be (hopefully) no more issues for that group that had broken downloads with my other host, Host-monster

This host has solid state drives and i7 980x processors
and not to mention a gigabit external port, which will help with the previous bandwidth issue

The downloads links are here:

http://puppylinux-online.net/mike
http://puppylinux-online.net/wolf
http://puppylinux-online.net/micko01

These packages are current, as of the beginning of last month, But I am currently hiring some puppy geeks to maintain \add new packages to the mirror and basically keep them fresh

As I am too busy with "Real Life" and other stuff mostly...

I will buy more servers , if ever needed to help the community, whenever such a situation arises

Have Fun and please report any issues by responding to this post, emailing me or sending me a private message

Thanks,
With much puppy love,
Saturn,
Puppy bandwidth sponsor

So if I get it at all. Brainwave is the name of your hosting service and three users are there now?

So it is not a program that measure my brainwaves on the scalp?

It is not a software that play waves that program by brainwaves either.

Is it a hosting service then? Not easy to know unless one are already involved.
okay it is posted under Package Collections / Repositories
that explains it then. But seeing just the title as it is was very confusing.

I trusted it was about my own brain and it's waves. Haha!

not an ideal solution though

I don't know If i should take this as "playful" humor or abrasive sarcasm

If it is the latter, feel free to Ignore this post and my service, but if you feel the need, I will gladly hear your further comments

either is fine , doesn't bother me @ all...

But either you have had you head stuck underneath some proverbial dog bowl or something... or perhaps you've been too busy, idk does it matter?

but I have been making posts about my repo, http://brainwavedesigncentral.net for about 2.5 years now.....

And I recently purchased this new dedicated server to benefit the community...

But if you like, I will gladly Take time out of my hectic schedule to code a Java program to analyze your brainwaves and post the EKG results all over the front page of the site
En Gratis!

Thanks....
Have a Great Day

Saturn,
Thanks for the site and the support to puppy.

A small suggestion if I may.
It would be very handy if the site was searchable, eg has a search field.
Would be easier for the users instead of navigating into deep folders looking for what they might need.

Thanks again.
