Hi guys,
Thanks for all the hard work you've done on this powerful pint-size distro. (Woof!) I have just one suggestion. It's about the page here that shows you how to boot PL without installing it, which is called:
"How NOT to Install Puppy Linux"
Grammatically that means, "Here are some incorrect ways to install Puppy Linux." I think you meant to call it:
How to NOT Install Puppy Linux
...which means, "Here's how you can boot Puppy Linux without installing it—and ha ha, we're making a little joke, as if we didn't want you to use PL at all."
Sorry, I can't help it; I'm a technical writer. :?)
Cheers, Ander
Website section name suggestion
Re: Website section name suggestion
Page where? (The URL.)ander1234 wrote:...the page here that shows you how to boot PL without installing it...
Thanks for the input.
that's what I though the page was about - so didn't bother looking at it."Here are some incorrect ways to install Puppy Linux."
Maybe it could be call "How to Use Puppy Linux without installing it"
ander1234 would you be interested in updating the wiki? much of it needs rewriting - technical writing skills would be appreciated!

Flash do you see it as totally unrelated?
I do get that you thought it was something you needed to change as an Admin. So him being that fresh did not realize that it is not under your authority to change it. Him see everything with the word Puppy Linux as one unit I guess. He think it is something we ought to care about.
Now that none of us have any obligation to care about it.
What about the grammar?
Is it an odd grammar giving the wrong impression. My poor English did bark loud. Am I wrong. Is it proper English to say it that way?
