This is how it really works Jasper

By the time I'm gone and if I'm gone, I do hope site administrators receive fundamental dignity and respect.

I can only publish that text if the sender of the PM to me wants that to be done.

Would not be ethically okay if I did it without that pmers consent.

Jasper I am sorry that my need to not reveal too much info made my explanation not easy to grasp. I did my best.

And as you say. I am very sure of that the pmer to me had all the best intent and like me wants to do what that person see as a good thing for Puppy.

I told John Murga he can contact me and I explain the whole thing to him.
I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though

In some ways Nooby it may not matter.

Responsible people are accountable for what they do. There are about four or five proposed administrators for the PLUG

They can account for all of it.

The current admins are:

JohnMurga
Flash
Pizzasgood
Bruce B
MU
Béèm
ttuuxxx

Has Bruce resigned? That is sad.
As far as I am aware Pizzasgood and MU
are not active moderators at all

It is a fact that you formally resigned.

You obviously deleted the PLUG section after your resignation.

You edited my post above, but you no longer have that authority.
Hold me to it Jasper if you can figure out how.

But when John de Murga comes around I will work it out with him and do right.

All admins are moderators

The following are moderators. Some (like myself) maybe on only one or a few forums. Some of these moderators are no longer active
Again as far as I am aware most moderating has been up till recently
been done by Flash. It is a lot of work.
When I was a moderator on more forums the bulk of the work was moving spam to a special hidden thread for it

Lobster
Ian
GuestToo - no longer active on Puppy
BarryK - never moderated as far as I am aware
babbs
raffy
rarsa - have not heard from him for a while
puppian
deshlab - don't know who this is
darkerror05 - don't know who this is

I have also noticed that there is a new category called 'bots'
This may not be malign. It could refer to specific search bots that regularly
index the forum

John Murga is owner and financing sponsor of the forum

That is how it is Lobster anytime an admin or moderator says enough is enough

I'm one of the proposed administrator/moderatorsfor the PLUG area that you deleted.....not only do I not have information on the PM sent to nooby, but I also had nothing to do with it.

I suggest that if you want to make accusations and punish an entire class of folks who have the ability to delete topics, you do so against those that are presently listed as moderators/administrators:

Stripe I appreciate your concern. Unfortunately this is not a democratic vote. In a different setting we can have fun. (bruce)

just what is happening here

Threads/posts have been deleted, it happens

what I object to is nooby still being named and used as the reason for this.

he has done nothing wrong but with him being used as a political football is not only wrong but will be upsetting for him.

If people want to play the blame game and flame threads then fine.

BUT PLEASE LEAVE NOOBY'S NAME OUT OF IT

very sickened

Thanks Thom

I'm likely not to investigate. Or do much of anything. I figure the people who want to run their own forum as admins on this site can account to us for what happened with nooby.

Also, I think if the PLUG is setup again, it should be done with an actual understanding of all the details. (You know more than I what they are). I mean to say where everyone is on the same page.

If it is any comfort and it should be, I kept the files as far as I know.

Is it about the hot-girl topic?
i cant find it, maybe i didn't even post it? i did make a pet for it though, that much i am sure!

Is this a joke? Please edit again and give me details.

Edit:
I just gone back through my firfox browser history - i do have the hot babe topic listed in there but when i click on it it goes to the main puppy forum site and not a no topic .

Have i previewd it and forgot to post it?
(for anyone who is unaware hot babe is a cpu monitor)

The PLUG forum was made without John de Murga's authorization.

I just removed it. All you PLUG forum wannabes can get his full authorization next time around.

After it was made, I was contacted by John and we talked about it and he gave it the green light so put it back.

And that should be the end of the game-playing, too! This forum used to be a lot more fun. I guess it's time to move on ...
