Arch for Puppy maybe can learn from Vector 7?

#1 Post by nooby »

DW tells about Vector 7 that them makes use of Arch repo but use slackware for their Vector.

Many Puppy user knows Slack better than Arch? so maybe it is possible to get some tip from the Vector Devs?

Robert Lange has announced the availability of the second (and final) release candidate for VectorLinux Linux 7.0 - now with an added ability to build Arch Linux packages in a Slackware format:
The kernel is version 2.6.38.7, glibc is 2.13 and everything else is up to date with Slackware 13.37.
I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though
