Here is another candidate for the fonts pool.

The name of this font: Sniglet-Regular
Character set: At least a full featured latin characterset - as far as I know

The name of this font: KLINGON
Character set: Should feature a klingon characterset - as far as I know 

Remark: Unfortunately I have no idea on which kind of license structure this font is based on. But it seems to be that it's no payware and no shareware.
