no no to me 600mb puppies defeat the main benefit of puppy.
It will be around 160mb and with the older 2.6.32 kernel as in debian stable, the latest firefox 4.01 or 3.6.17 release, and pidgin, transmission and moc and or cmus CLI player. No it wont have openbox, the menu shown is a tweaked jwm which looks good and uses less resources than openbox+tint panel

My first e17 desky, just compiled it on Lupu. Still amazed of the looks, the configurability and the small size (6 MB for a window manager, panels, file manager, power management, mixer, .... !).
Going to build a puplet with this wild beast, definitely!
