Puppy2 doesn't shutoff power on shutdown-was ok in 1.07-8-9

Hi all,

Just loaded Puppy 2 & this was the first & only problem I've noticed so far: On Poweroff, my machine (hp omnibook xe2 laptop) halts ok but just hangs there requiring a manual poweroff. V1.07-8-9 all powered down automatically on poweroff...

Could this be a simple script-edit I could handle myself?

you need to add acpi=force as a boot option. had to do the same for my pc
