System upgrade function like apt-get or up2date

Debian has apt-get. Fedora has up2date. Would it be possible to see something similar in the forming .pet package format? That way, with ease someone could upgrade all of their Puppy packages to the latest version in the .pet repository.

Hi Brian,

I've been away for a little while, but I'm working on something that will assist other programmers to accomplish something very similar. I'm still going through tons of messages, but I'll be back on the project in the very near future.
