seamonkey2-2.0.11-flashplayer-10.1.102.65-jre-1.6.0.23-lucid.sfs from here.

Works on Lupu/LupQ. On other Puppy-5.x doesn't have seamonkey2 may work. May not work on Puppy-4.x.
It is the mozilla project official build with all the avalable translations. Run 'seamonkey2.nls' or set as the defaultbrowser.

TESTING:

Visit http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ to check the flashplayer.
Visit http://www.java.com/ja/download/installed.jsp to check the JRE (Java Runtime Environment).
Attached a small program to text JRE.
Extract and click clock3/clock3.jar, if your filer is ROX-Filer.
