Word Processor/Page Processor that displays-creates BBCode

Anyone know of a Word Processor or a Page processing software that will display a BBCcode document and save a document in bbcode.

I would like to be able to WYSIWYG personal documents that mimic what I see in the forum software on my local PC without having to use the web to create documents that match what we see on the forums.
