Suggestions for cheap thin client hardware?

Hello to all.

I am searching information for buying Thin Clients that work with Linux as i am going in some weeks in Hollidays in a development Country and want to start there a Internet Caffe.

It could be later became a nation wide Project where a lot of this Thin Clients are needed and becouse of that i need suggestions for cheap Hardware for scaling it latter.

The NorhTec MicroClient TC looks very promissing too pity it is not provided with LCD Screen, Keyboard and Mouse too say for 150 USD.

The Linux Terminal Server Project or LTSP provides free software you can install on old computers to make them into intelligent terminals for a central server. This allows you to use really old cheap computers for uses like you describe.

Shipment by box of 10s or 30s can reduce the freight cost significantly. (Dont be misled by the 500 mhz processor rating - it's as good as 800 mhz since the processor itself handles the graphics.)

What do you think about using them as Video Chat Devices in my Internet Caffe.
I am planning to buy for the beginning at least some 10 to 20 pieces and later if everything works like it should probably some thousand of them.

So my last question is about video and audio streaming.
Is it possible connecting standard Webcams to the usb ports and run them with Puppy Linux somehow.
What for a architecture do you suggest.
I guess it is better to run them in Client Server Modus.
One Server delever the Operating System like Webbrowser and the Clients are used then for surfing i guess.

As i am total new to this Thin Client stuff it would be great if you could help me.

Thank you a lot for this Info. biggest problem is cheap hardware at the moment. Speak LCD Screen, Keyboard, Mouse, Webcam, Computer and so on...

Think best Solution are this Thin Clients as they can be easy Reordered
and used in a existing standardized Environment.
