Wireless Not Working At All

just got finished with a fresh install of the newest. it was a nightmare but finally got through it, see my other thread about my partitions being deleted..

anyways. new problem

I went to

Menu>>Network>>Pwireless-0.8.4

found my connection entered my WEP code and the dhcpcd runs and finds my IP

it then gives me the screen:

IP address :

OK Try Again Rescan

I click OK- then click browse and nothing happens.. still not connected.

my specs:

netbook ASUS 701 eeepc
wireless module: Atheros AR5BXB63

please help!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think you need the madwifi driver for your Eeepc. Installing the Pupeee puplet may be an option as the drivers & modules you need may be preconfigured with it.
