Just wondering if 1.0.8 recognizes SATA hard drives. Both my drives are SATA.. so I'm unable to install a Puppy.
-Thanks

Unfortunately, no.
We had experimental SATA support in puppy2alpha and 1.0.8beta, using the 2.4.31 kernel, however as ndiswrapper does not work with that kernel, have stayed with 2.4.29 as used in Puppy 1.0.4 - 1.0.7 -- which does not support SATA.

I do plan to continue to support SATA and ndiswrapper (somehow) in the puppy2 series.
