dpup 484 beta 2.2.6.30.5

Hi help needed I downloaded both dpup 484 beta 1 and 2 2.6.30.5 and have had boot failure with them both. message is
iso linux Disk error 20,Ax = 4260, disk EF
can anyone point out what I am doing wrong?

You probably got bad download. Did you use wget command or you downloaded using browser? dpup serveris set to break connection after some time. So u need to use:

wget -t0 -c http://dpup.org/test/dpup484beta2-2.6.30.5/dpup-484beta2-2.6.30.5.iso

After download check md5sum.
And there's already thread for dpup bugs you could ask there.

Thanks for the tip dejan555 I am trying again now, thiese would be the first puppy downloads I'd ever had trouble with!!

OK, hope you get it right and remember to check md5sum before burning, if it matches with the one on site then it's ok.

thanks dejan555, here I am on line with dpup the original downloads were obviously suspect as the check sums were wrong
