Is A Gxine plugin possible?

#2 Post by Dromeno »

Thanks, it does work, but it is more 'bloated' than the streamripper plugin in Winamp - it would be great if something similar could be made for Gxine or XMMS: whenever you open the program a tiny Streamripper pops up which gives you the opportunity to record whatever you watch or listen and save it to a destination of your choice.

@ Dromeno

1 Does this mean you are recording "uitzendinggemist" etc ?

2 If so, which player do you use to watch it ?

Orbit downloader & stream sniffer

#4 Post by Dromeno »

No, streamripper does not record uitzendinggemist. If you want to do that you need http://www.orbitdownloader.com/ (works only in windows)

Ttuuxxx made a streamsniffer available which should be capable of downloading uitzendinggemist streams but so far have not been successfull. But try it, perhaps you are more lucky than I am:
