SFS manager? |
|
I wonder if, is there a puppy developer who create this kind of app. My concept of this apps just like this:
when the user click the sfs modules, a message appear giving the user an option to load the sfs modules, install the sfs modules, and mount and browse the sfs modules.
using this app, the user can the manage the installed and loaded sfs easily. which was the same as in puppy package manager or petget.
By the way, I'm just a puppy linux user and i have no backgrounds in programming and puppy development.

mistfire,
I am the author recommended by Droope. Thanks, Droope.
Easiest thing would be to use ChoicePup. Click on sfs to mount or unmount and view in ROX. Right click to load or unload and use.
Otherwise download sfs_load.pet and use in Puppy412 or Puppy421 or derivatives of those.
I have built mime types that give choices and messages when clicking on a file but I didn't find them completely reliable. They would work for awhile and then quit for no known reason so I quit using them.
