This IP hider for privacy advocates and porn prowlers looks neat
Is there a Seamonkey Linux facility/add on? - did have a quick look but could not find anything

This is just an app that automatically finds anonymous proxies. You can google "anon proxies" and get endless free lists. Just put the ip of the proxy server in Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Proxies. proxy servers introduce their own set of problems though.

no need to add more software to do this.

What would be really interesting is TORS for puppy.

tor is perfectly doable with Puppy
the question is really how slow you will tolerate your browing experience
