zigbert,
That was quick, thank you very much.
Your filehosts dns name is not resolving so I cannot test.
I have included a roxapp that uses the -d switch but need to test, if the host is going to be down for a while, is there any chance you can temporarily attach it here or PM it to me.

Sigmund
I've done some testing. The -d parameter does not work properly if there is a space in the path used, otherwise it works great, thank you.

Considering your first release supporting -d took less than 14 hours from me requesting it and it works fine for the sensible people that don't put spaces in directory names I don't see this as urgent.

cheers

FYI sort by size doesn't seem to work at the moment - I just get a blank list.

-a switch for starting in advanced mode.
Woohoo! Thanks, that's awesome :):):)

Tiny bug: pfind -a ->Cancel brings up an empty results gui instead of closing

Also when you do a search from the little search bar in the results window, if it doesn't find anything it shows an empty results window - it would be good to show the previous results again.

Most larger distros use Beagle and libbeagle, we of course can't use Beagle due to it depends on Mono and well thats just too large, But Beagle is just a gui for libbeagle which doesn't use mono, or any extras, actually I've compiled libbeagle with the hopes that you might consider it for a alternative backend. The lib part is actually small 76kb extracted, the reason why this packages is so larger is because I included the gtkdoc's that shows how to use it, plus I also left in the extra dev files. So basically the lib works with puppy, without any extra dependencies, This was compiled on 4.15 but will work with all of series 4. It just needs a GUI. or maybe someone could make a gui with vala anyways here ya go.

I thought you didn't believe in Pfind :)
