Anyone want a real lite webserver? Don't ask how to use, because I don't know, lol but I compiled it without error, probably reading up on the website would be a good start.

hehe.... welllllll, Queensland is to Australia as is Texas is to USA

I put my failure down to Richard Branson..... 3G VirginBroadband...but to be fair it is hosted by Optus. My second try was over my adsl. I have been testing 3G on puppy today with mixed, but mostly positive results.

Anyhoo, 214X4 seems to be working fine for me on this machine. Early days.

We are now up to 38 full d/l and the consistent failure is from one url so I assume that is you, the fault is not with the server...

downloads

#397 Post by tubby »

Ok the second link worked for me :) , i have not checked the md5 yet but at least it has appeared to run the course.
@gposil, sorry if i caused you headaches; i do not know why my downloads were capped from your server but i will bear in mind for the future that there is a possibility that my IP may have been responsible.

regards
john

Testing 2.14x4 now.

Finally the additional main boot options (F1 - F2) works!!!. :D

Bugs found:
1. Desktop - JWM Configuration. Still doesn´t work.
2. Welcome HTML page with info not open when Puppy starts (picture attached).

Mut looks much better now, Firefox looks good too.

You didn´t add HardInfo

Thanks ttuuxxx for another great update.
