How to make pup001 completely fill 243 MB flash drive?

I just bought a 256MB pendrive to load my pupfile onto. Unfortuanly its actual size is 243MB leaving it useless for my needs.

I want to boot off the live CD with no HD with my pupfile on the usb that way its simpler and easyer to repair.

Jrey Told me to to edit the solinux.cfg file and remaster soo idk i jsut want a simpler way.

Any ideas?
