ogg flac and mp4 mime-types

Here's a little .pet that will create new MIME-types for mp4 and flaac files and change the ogg setting to defaultmediaplayer. This means you will be able to click on them and they will open up in your defaultmediaplayer. (There are two mime-types for ogg in /root/Choices/MIME-types. One is already set to defaultmediaplayer.)
