The old TAR ball included information about sparse files. The
problem was that WinZip wasn't able to handle the archive. One
of the files (puphda) was a sparse file. Windows doesn't handle
sparse files. It's not a QEMU-Puppy-itself issue, just a
packaging issue. My fault.
I uploaded the new version a couple of minutes ago.
