Subject description: Fast booting, looks like gOS cloud or Easy Peasy

Hi all,

I'm wondering which Puppy Deriavtive I should try. I would like to have a fast booting derivative. I still like to look nice and maybe also have a main "home" screen kind of like EasyPeasy or EEXandros. Is there something like that? Thanks a billion

Hi !
Most puplets (puppy derivatives) are here:
http://www.puppylinux.org/downloads/puplets
However if you want to use it on an EEEpc as your evocation of EExandros does suggest, it narrows the choice between pupitup:
http://pupitup.org/
and Aspire One Puppy:
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=35424
as far as I know, and at this moment.

Not sure what you mean, but... put a # before the line with the timer in /boot/menu.list (not sure about the name... on XP right now)
